What you can do
Your data, in the AI app you already use
The server works as you, on your company's campaigns, contacts, automations, and inbox. Setup lives in docs. This is what it is for.
Ask about campaigns
Pull delivery, reads, clicks, and attributed revenue for any WhatsApp, email, or SMS send — without opening a dashboard.
Diagnose delivery
See why a send failed, which Meta error showed up most, and what to fix before the next broadcast.
Draft, don't launch
Create campaign drafts, templates, and segments in your AI app. A person still clicks send in CampaignHQ.
Search contacts and lists
Look up people, audiences, and segments the same way you would ask a teammate who knows the account.
Read the inbox
Summarize open conversations, assignments, and first-response time. Reply only if an admin allows it.
Check automations
Inspect journeys and chat flows, then hand a teammate the CampaignHQ link when something needs to go live.
How it works
Three steps, then ask a question
Step 1
Copy your server URL
In CampaignHQ, open Settings, then Integrations, then Connect AI. Your regional URL is there with a copy button.
Step 2
Add CampaignHQ in your AI app
Paste the URL into Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or Pi, and sign in. Cursor, Gemini CLI, and VS Code use an API key.
Step 3
Ask in plain language
Try “How did last week’s WhatsApp campaign do?” The app works as you, with your role and permissions.
Guardrails
Built so AI cannot send for you
Useful for operators who live in Claude or Cursor. Safe for teams who still want a human on the launch button.
Acts as you
An AI app sees only the numbers, inbox, and data your role can see. Personal data stays masked if your plan masks it.
No bulk sends
Launching a campaign or activating an automation is always a person in CampaignHQ. Apart from a self-test, the only send is a single inbox reply — and only if an admin turns that on.
Admins stay in control
Choose permissions when you connect. Revoke an app or key at any time. Company-wide AI agent access can be turned off and takes effect at once.
Supported apps
Works where your team already writes

No. Launching a campaign and activating an automation or chat flow is always a click by a person in CampaignHQ. An AI app can draft work and, if an admin allows it, send a single inbox reply. It cannot send in bulk.
MCP access is in beta and is being turned on for accounts gradually. Once it is on for your company, any team member can connect an AI app. Admins can turn AI agent access off for the whole company at any time.
No. Using CampaignHQ from an AI app does not draw on your CampaignHQ AI allowance. The AI app uses its own model and billing.
In CampaignHQ, open Settings, then Integrations, then Connect AI, and copy your server URL. Add CampaignHQ in your AI app with that URL, allow access, and ask about a campaign. Setup steps for each app are on the MCP docs page.
