Email plans include a contact allowance, monthly CampaignHQ email credits, campaign tools, segmentation, analytics, and support. Starter includes up to 10,000 contacts and 25,000 CampaignHQ email credits per month. Growth includes up to 50,000 contacts and 75,000 CampaignHQ email credits per month.
Yes. You can connect your own AWS SES or email sending infrastructure and use CampaignHQ for automation, audiences, and analytics. CampaignHQ does not add a separate sending markup on customer-owned infrastructure — provider charges apply directly.
Additional CampaignHQ email credits are available at ₹99 per 1,000 emails for managed sending. For very high volumes or customer-owned infrastructure, we recommend a Custom plan.
Starter supports up to 10,000 contacts. Growth supports up to 50,000 contacts. If you need more than 50,000 contacts, we'll create a Custom plan.
No. WhatsApp-only plans are feature-tiered and do not have contact caps. WhatsApp usage is billed separately — either through CampaignHQ-managed billing or your own WhatsApp Business / AWS infrastructure.
No. WhatsApp message charges are billed separately. With CampaignHQ-managed billing, rates include platform markup on Meta pass-through rates. If you connect your own WhatsApp Business or AWS infrastructure, provider charges apply directly and CampaignHQ does not add a separate sending markup on customer-owned usage.
The combo plan is designed for teams that want to run both channels from one shared customer database. Instead of charging separately for two disconnected products, CampaignHQ gives you unified contacts, automation, and reporting in one plan.
Choose Email Marketing if you only need email campaigns. Choose WhatsApp Marketing if you only need WhatsApp campaigns. Choose Email + WhatsApp if you want customer journeys, follow-ups, and retargeting across both channels. Growth Combo is recommended for most growing teams.
