Spamming
CampaignHQ does not allow sending unsolicited emails (spam). Violations can result in suspension or termination.
Fraudulent activity
Phishing, scamming, and other fraudulent behavior are prohibited and may lead to immediate account action.
Offensive content
Sending hate speech, pornography, illegal material, or similarly harmful content is prohibited.
Impersonation
Impersonating any person or entity, including CampaignHQ or its employees, is prohibited.
Malicious activities
Hacking, malware or virus distribution, denial-of-service attacks, and related behavior are prohibited and may trigger legal action.
Intellectual property violations
Using CampaignHQ to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
Other prohibited activities
Any activity that violates applicable law or harms/disrupts our platform, customers, or users is prohibited.
