Integrate with Google Sheets and manage your customer data seamlessly
Connect the spreadsheets you already use to CampaignHQ — import contacts, keep lists in sync, and send WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns without manual copy-paste.
From spreadsheet to campaigns, without the busywork
CampaignHQ is a customer engagement platform for email, WhatsApp, and SMS. The Google Sheets integration exists so teams can move from the lists they already maintain to the messages they need to send — quickly and reliably.
Your data lives in Google Sheets
Many customers manage customer and lead data in Google Sheets — names, phone numbers, emails, and campaign lists they update every day.
Manual imports are cumbersome
To send WhatsApp, email, or SMS from CampaignHQ, teams have to export CSVs, clean columns, and re-upload lists every time something changes. That slows campaigns down and invites errors.
CampaignHQ syncs contacts seamlessly
CampaignHQ connects to Google Sheets with OAuth, so you can import contacts and keep your audience in sync with the spreadsheet you already maintain — without repeated manual work.

Why CampaignHQ uses Google sign-in
Many customers keep contact or lead lists in Google Sheets. The optional integration lets a signed-in customer connect their Google account so CampaignHQ can read or write spreadsheets they select — for example, to import contacts, export a segment, or sync rows after a campaign. Google OAuth is required because CampaignHQ must access Sheets on behalf of the customer who owns the spreadsheet.
Google data we request
Google account (email, profile)
Identify your Google account when you connect Sheets and show which account is linked in CampaignHQ.
Google Sheets
Read and write spreadsheet data in files you choose when importing contacts, exporting audience lists, or syncing campaign data.
Google Drive (files you open with CampaignHQ)
Access only the spreadsheets you select during import or export — not your entire Drive.
OAuth scopes shown during sign-in match those configured for the CampaignHQ Google Sheets integration in Google Cloud Console.
How we use and protect Google user data
- We access Google Sheets data only after you sign in with Google and choose a spreadsheet in CampaignHQ.
- Spreadsheet data is used to import contacts, export audience lists, or keep lists in sync — based on actions you initiate.
- We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
- OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for the integration features you enable.
- You can disconnect Google Sheets in workspace settings or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- When you disconnect, we stop using your Google tokens and remove stored tokens per our retention practices.
